Campaign Disclaimer

Lynch for Congress is a federal political campaign committee registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC). All contributions to Lynch for Congress are subject to federal campaign finance laws.

Contributions to Lynch for Congress are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.

Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal government contractors, and foreign nationals without green cards are prohibited. Contributions from minors under the age of 18 are also prohibited.

Contribution Limits

Federal law limits individual contributions to candidate committees. For the current election cycle, an individual may contribute up to $3,300 per election to a candidate committee. The primary and general elections are considered separate elections.

By making a contribution, you confirm that:

• You are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder)
• This contribution is made from your own funds, not from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank
• This contribution is not made from the funds of a political action committee
• You are not a federal government contractor
• You are at least 18 years old
